Genel bakış
Yachts and small vessels arriving from international waters must obtain separate clearance from port health, the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS), Immigration, and the Biosecurity Authority of Fiji.

Giriş ve çıkış limanları
The Biosecurity Authority of Fiji lists Suva, Lautoka, Levuka, and Savusavu as the first seaports of arrival. Confirm in advance that the intended port can provide a berth and that the other relevant authorities can process the vessel.

Varış öncesi bildirim
At least 48 hours before arrival, send the C2C form to the FRCS-listed address, [email protected]. The Biosecurity Authority of Fiji separately requires the master to report the destination port, ETA, previous port, intended itinerary in Fiji, and any live plants or animals on board at least 24 hours before the expected arrival. Its yacht page also lists [email protected] and another customs email address; use the address published by FRCS for customs and confirm receipt with both agencies after sending.

Tekne gümrük işlemleri
On arrival, have two completed copies of the C2C form, the previous port's outward clearance, and a record of the last 10 ports visited. FRCS's superyacht and leisure-cruising guidance also requires the master to sign a Notice to Owner of Yachts Declaration before clearance.

Karantina ve biyogüvenlik
The master must declare risk items such as food, plants, animal and plant products, soil, and equipment that has been in contact with soil. Quarantine officers decide on site which items may remain aboard. Pets generally must remain on the vessel; the Biosecurity Authority's yacht information lists a refundable FJD 1,500 bond, subject to compliance with the conditions. Seal rubbish on board and dispose of it as directed by quarantine officers.

Ücretler ve ayrılış
FRCS overtime service costs FJD 50 per hour outside weekday office hours and FJD 60 per hour on weekends and public holidays (minimum three hours). Check port, berth, and other agency charges separately.
Before departure, confirm notice periods and clearance arrangements with Customs at the intended departure port. A C2-C form hosted on a marina website specifies 48 hours' notice, while that marina's own departure guide says 24 hours. The 48-hour advance-arrival notice on the current FRCS yacht page applies to arrival.
