Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Sea Chart and sign in to the account to be deleted.
2. Open Settings > Account / Manage your account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] with the subject Sea Chart account deletion request. Send it from your account email where possible, and state whether you used Google, Apple, or a guest account. We may request information to verify ownership.

Data deleted and retained

We delete the Sea Chart account, associated sign-in record, and cloud-synchronized content such as saved locations, routes and account settings. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or remove it with device controls.

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. De-identified analytics may remain.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed promptly. Verified email requests are normally processed within 30 days.
