Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Sea Chart is a marine chart and navigation companion. It is not a substitute for official nautical charts, notices to mariners, safe seamanship, or the judgment of a qualified navigator.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Tiny Tools (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Sea Chart mobile application and related services. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain Sea Chart; authenticate accounts; synchronize requested content; process purchases; provide support; protect against abuse; fix crashes and improve performance; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We use our own servers to operate Sea Chart accounts, synchronization, forum/feedback and service requests. We share information only as needed to provide the service: with Google and Apple for Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple; with Firebase Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance and App Check; with Stripe and other applicable payment providers; and with service providers that process information for us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, our services or the public. We do not sell personal information.

5. Your choices

You can control location and other device permissions in your device settings, sign out or remove a linked sign-in method in the app, and request deletion of your account. See Delete Account for the deletion process.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law. Account and synchronized content are retained while your account is active; account deletion removes them as described on our Delete Account page. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

Sea Chart is not directed to children under the age at which they can lawfully consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here. For privacy questions or requests, please use our Support page.
