Yacht entry overview

On arrival in Curaçao, the master must first register everyone aboard with immigration, then declare goods to customs and complete vessel entry and anchoring permission with the harbourmaster. Basic documents listed by the Port Authority are vessel registration, passports for all crew and accompanying persons, and clearance from the previous port. Curaçao Customs additionally requires the master or representative to attend the designated customs office within 6 hours of arrival for vessel clearance, with vessel and cargo documents and a ship's stores list. The Port Authority states that yachts may normally stay up to 6 months with crew aboard. Personal entry permission and stay periods must still be confirmed individually with immigration.
