D’Viajeros is a traveller information declaration, not a vessel ETA report, complete crew/passenger manifest or private-yacht port pre-arrival notice. Cuban official information distinguishes the D’Viajeros traveller declaration from visas. D’Viajeros supplies travel information for immigration, customs and health, while the eVisa portal handles tourist visas/tourist travel authorisation. They do not replace each other. A tourist eVisa itself does not authorise private-yacht port entry or vessel clearance. Check visa categories, nationality exemptions and non-tourism conditions for each traveller with the official Cuban visa portal or consular/immigration authorities. Yacht crew reporting, stay and change-of-crew rules could not be confirmed from the cited public information.
