That’s a good idea. Let me think a little about the best way to implement it. Routes can now be organized into folders, so I need to consider how selective export should work together with the folder structure. Adding an Export option to the long-press menu for an individual point or route does sound very useful though. Thanks again for the suggestion!

Thanks again long press individual items to export seems the most logical approach I can think that after using the app for a couple of years that I would have 100+ points and maybe 20 routes saved I would only want to share specific items with specific people Thanks again

Thanks again for the suggestion. I’ve now completed a larger update around this idea. Instead of only adding export to the long-press menu, I’ve added a new **batch operation mode** for both Routes and Saved Marks. You can now long-press a Route or Saved Mark to enter selection mode. The item you long-pressed will be selected automatically, but you can deselect it and select multiple other items as well. The new batch menu includes: * Merge Routes * Move to Folder * Share * Delete * Cancel Selections are also preserved when switching between the Routes and Saved Marks tabs. There are a few logical restrictions. For example, Route merging is only available when multiple Routes are selected. If Routes and Saved Marks are selected together, the available actions are limited to Share, Delete, and Cancel. For sharing, I also added a new online sharing system. Selected Routes and Saved Marks are exported into a GPX snapshot and uploaded directly to the server. SeaChart then generates a public sharing link. The sharing page allows the recipient to: * Open/import the shared items directly in SeaChart * Download them as GPX * Download them as KML The KML export also keeps Route/Track data, Saved Marks, names, descriptions, and folder information. When someone opens the share link in SeaChart, the app downloads the GPX and uses the existing GPX import and conflict-handling logic. So this should cover the use case you described — even if you have 100+ saved points and many routes in the future, you can simply select the specific items you want and share only those with a particular person. Thanks again — your suggestion ended up leading to a much more useful sharing workflow.
