AIS is clearly marked in the app as an experimental feature. Unfortunately, I do not currently have an AIS device available for testing. The feature was developed based on the AIS/NMEA documentation, but it has not yet been tested with real hardware. If you have an AIS device and are willing to help us test and improve this feature, please leave a comment below. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I will do my best to use the data we have collected so far to try to fix the AIS feature. However, more testing will definitely still be needed.
